Hugh Scott is Director of the Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF). He has over 35 years of experience in Africa both with the private sector and development organizations. He holds a first degree in Agriculture from Reading University in the UK and a Masters in Agricultural Economics (with distinction) from Wye College, London University.
